I have had the goal of working in the agency setting since I finished college a few years back and would never in my wildest dreams send something out with bad grammar. Graphic design is something I've done since high school yet I clearly know that this does not make me a web designer and something of an entirely different nature. I handle all of the marketing for my current employer and also dabble in the human resources side of things. I get resumes from people where that's all they send or I get a couple of words. You nailed and I really appreciate your blunt approach to the topic. I'm like that myself and management in my office is too. You need to be professional yet know how to take constructive criticism.
